Kauai Vacation Rentals Online
Kauai Vacation Rentals Online was created to connect travelers directly with vacation rental owners across the island of Kauai — no middleman, no booking-service fees.
This site in direct response to the recent changes in fees by Airbnb and VRBO. Airbnb recently began charging 15% as a commission on every booking. VRBO recently has followed suite by charging a 12% commission fee for every booking. So if you wonder why you are seeing a spike in rates, you now know why!
This is a growing listing of Kauai Owner Direct listings of Vacation Rentals free of any fees to guests to locate a property for your next visit to Kauai. It is managed by Garden Island Hospitality LLC, dba My Kauai Vacation Rental, resident owners of our own short-term and long-term properties in Kauai.
