No. We are a directory that connects travelers directly with property owners. When you find a listing you like, Click on the Owner's Direct Booking URL so you can book on the owner's website. That means no middleman and no booking-service fees.

A standard listing is free. Owners can optionally upgrade to a Featured Listing for a small monthly fee, which places the property into the Featured Listings and in front of Standard Listings of search results and the front page. 96.5% of the fees collected are used to pay for site advertising and Pay-Per-Click Campaigns. The more owners choose the Featured Listing Option, The greater the fund will be to Show next to Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com in Google's Sponsored Results and other Advertising Locations. Consider this, If you cannot contribute monthly, we can accept other payment structures.

Create a free owner account, fill out the Submit Property form with your property details, and upload up to 10 WebP images. Your listing goes live after a quick admin review. Owner Links to Login, Create Account are located in the Footer of this website. Administrator Reviews are to stop Spam and other unwanted listings

If your property is already listed, open its property page and click Claim Listing. Log in or create an owner account using the owner's email address already on file. Request the six-digit verification code sent to that address, then enter the code to submit your claim for administrator approval. Owner Links to Login, Create Account are located in the Footer of this website.

Verification does not transfer ownership or start a payment. Once the administrator approves your claim, the existing listing will appear in your account, where you can choose Free or Featured and manage your property. If the email address on record is incorrect or outdated, contact the site administrator for help. The email addresses used by administrators are ones shown on your own website.

Images must be in WebP format with a maximum size of 1024px on any one side. We use GIMP a free image editor or you can go to https://anywebp.com/convert-to-webp to drop your image on the browser screen, click convert and it will be converted to webp format, then once done, click save.

Webp format allows images to retain the same image quality but reduces the file size and allows them to be served very quickly.

Each listing links to the owner’s own booking website, so you always deal directly with the owner.

Listings include Hawaii TA numbers and permit numbers where provided by owners, so you can confirm registrations yourself.
