A Private Villa at Poipu Beach

About this property

Manualoha 601 is a private, end-unit villa retreat tucked into the Poipu Kai greenbelt — just 300 steps from Poipu Beach, the closest condo development to Brennecke’s. Owned and personally managed by Chris and his wife, who live full-time on Kauai, it’s reserved for two to four adults (13+) who want the quiet of a stand-alone home, the polish of a five-star suite, and the honesty of booking direct with the people who actually own the place. No resort fees. No platform mark-ups. No upstairs neighbors.
