Mauna Kai Tranquil Retreat

About this property

Nestled among lush tropical plants, this private Princeville retreat rented offers true peace and quiet—no neighbors above or below. Massive wood beams and expansive windows fill the 1,500-square-foot home with natural light, creating a warm, open atmosphere that feels both luxurious and inviting. Our owners (Bergeson Estates) personally manage your stay.

We are an ideal base for families, friend groups, or wedding parties. With room to spread out and gather together, it’s designed for shared meals and relaxed evenings.

With 3 bedrooms, a versatile loft, and 2 full bathrooms, the home comfortably sleeps families and groups. The loft easily transforms into a dedicated workspace, kids’ play area, or extra sleeping space with a double pull-out sofa. It’s an ideal base for wedding guests at the nearby Westin Ocean Resort or Makai Golf Course.
